Now that I have a steady workout routine, I’ve decided to implement 16:8 fasting this week. Focusing on complex carbs and higher protein. So far I have cut my carb load in half to about 100g per day by focusing on complex carbs from fruits and veggies. Protein doubled to 80-100g per day. Fats about the same as before. Mood has been up as well as energy levels and ability to focus. Will keep this up for a month to see if I can sustain long term with this plan. So far it’s looking good but these cravings are CRAZY. Going to war with my mind so I can reach my goals.
