Breakfast: Black tea with collagen and cocoa powder, 2 cups of coffee ☕️, egg 🍳, Greek yogurt
Lunch: Salad 🥗, Chicken drumstick 🍗
Dinner: Salad 🥗, Aqua Pazza(Red snapper with vegetables 🍄 🍅), Apple 🍎
98.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
