Yesterday Breakfast: Cream Cheese Cake, Greek Yogurt with coconut oil Dinner: Mediterranean salad with chicken, Carrots cake, Chocolate cream pie, and berries tart.
From Friday night, I ate lots of sugar. We had a guest from Japan last night. My husband bought 3 kinds of cakes for desserts. We had a good time with old friend last night. So, it’s OK that my weight is up this morning. I will switch my tune for normal diets.
