Yesterday
Breakfast: collagen powder+cocoa powder in matcha tea, 2 cups of coffee and Greek yogurt with cinnamon powder
Lunch: chicken breast and tender, 3 bowl of salad 🥗 and Brie cheese
Dinner: 1 apple 🍎, lots of nuts 🥜, and turkey ham
98.8 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
