Been off diets and now am experiencing the weight gain as the result. I will take it off again with a more sensible diet. Calorie and carb restrictions from today. I might not log in often and record my daily input, as I'm looking at fat % more than body weight. This gain now is pure fat gain. Was 19% and now it's 21%. Not bad, but that's not my goal.
