Happy holidays everyone!!
Up two pounds this week? This may not sound like good news, but it is!! Despite it being the holiday season, I am being a bit careful. I'm working out again!! I'm doing almost an hour a day of exercise. I'm hoping that this means that I gained two pounds of muscle mass, especially since I'd lost so much muscle after thanksgiving. I'm trying to use this time off from school and work to gain some of it back. Because of this, I'm not worried too much about the numbers on the scale. My main concern is really working out everyday, eating vegetables and having breakfast daily. Baby steps!
I'm baby stepping back on to the weight loss wagon. And it feels good to be sore.
