There’s the blip I’ve been expecting. Blob is up a bit. Didn’t get far on our walk last night, so came home and rowed even though I’ve got some back pain from carrying Sadie around so much. Everything will work its way out. Just need to be careful. Last night was the first class I didn’t like. It was just interval sets and boring. Couldn’t wait for it to be over. I like my mini races, not fast, now rest. Boring. Good to know. I didn’t store it in my library.
