Morning weigh in of 204.6 showed benefits of 1300 calorie deficit and 30 minutes of treadmill 'hill climbing' last night. Christmas party today but will limit intake to meats, cheeses, veggies, and a few drinks. If none of that is available, I brought almonds and a protein bar as backup.
