Bit up but really pleased to see I’m generally maintaining I also have time of month so I’m probably bloated lol hope everyone had a great holidays and success

120.8 lb Lost so far: 209.9 lb. Still to go: 21.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy new year 🎉 I haven't been properly entering for last few months but the last week I've stepped up and back walking which gives me a lift. You've done incredibly well considering Xmas has come and gone. Hope you had a lovely one 👍
