After returning from the trip, the first thing I have to do is laundry.
I thought I should’ve go to the gym because I had not moved well during my trip, but I didn’t. Instead I just eat low fat meal yesterday.
96.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week

Low fat, but high protein. Tofu is the best choice for me.
