Another start to a new day…
Been nursing a pulled muscle in upper leg since last week…lots of staying off legs as much as possible…elevator time..less walking …no riding the trainer…it’s all getting old…but leg is improving…I’m thinking doing the stairs to much…might of been the cause…it’s always pushing to much…
Started drinking protein shakes after workout yesterday…more for keeping me fuller between meals…less snacking …less looking for a snack…always snacks in cafeteria…left over snacks…left out in baggies…
Have a fantastic positive day…
