No significant weight loss, but my bodyfat has gone down in the last two months from 23% to 19%, and last week to 17%. Gained noticeably more muscles around abdomen (or maybe I just got leaner) and arm from working out. Eating low carb and lots of fat and enough protein daily. Daily cal intake over 3000 sometimes, but it's mostly in form of fats. My bloodwork results are terrific. I don't record my food intake as its too much to record and I don't have time for that. I need to work on my legs, glut and my back more. Now I'm back in the kitchen to cook and bake, so I hope all is well with you all. God bless. PS: I've missused this site to figure out the total nutrient counts of recipes I often use, so the last several entries are not what I've eaten "for breakfast"s, though it's also what I do eat.
