It is interesting how less calories doesn't necessarily equal correct weight loss. Still getting my head around that part too. And understanding the 'break' so the body can reset itself again. Usually that's when you hit a plataue. Would love to also witness your journey through the muscle verses body fat composition. Love seeing the comparison pics of people who wiegh more on the scales but their body is mint AF. Also interested in your maintenance schedule etc.
