Well, I am extra-pleased that I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving and still lose!! Even with 4 desserts one day and two the next, lol. I guess it just goes to show that real food doesn't pack on the pounds like processed foods, I guess. Mmmm, pumpkin pie ;-)
