Good morning, all! I'm sore from the weight training yesterday afternoon, but its a good sore!
I'm getting a little tired of people telling me not too lose anymore weight. I am still too heavy for my height and even my doctor (A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL) told me that I can lose another 10 lbs to be in the healthy BMI range...and that's what I'm gonna do...I'm doing this for ME and no one else! People don't understand about the co-morbid conditions that family members have had to endure---the very ones I'm trying to avoid by exercising and eating right. I don't feel the need to explain my decision to anyone....Its funny, when I was 20 lbs heavier, they told me that I needed to drop weight...Can't please people...lol
