Good morning Shiloh and Cupcake. I'm well, Thank you both for writing. I've been lifting much more intensely, and eating more. I'm sure fat makes up the majority of my weight gain. But I'm hoping some of it's muscle too. I'm not doing great with control these days. So much in there, but as they say, 1 day at a time.
