Yesterday I ate;

Breakfast: Coffee with heavy cream, Keto bread with nuts butter and fried egg

Lunch: Miso soup with dried tofu (koya-tofu)

Dinner: Salad with avocado and tofu, pork stew, dessert for apple, white peach and nuts
97.7 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
