Hi, Everyone! Hope everyone is having a good day....We were out of town this weekend....Didn't wanna get out of the bed yesterday, but my 12 year old woke me up at 7am and said "Let's go workout mom". We went to the fitness center and here is what I did:
Galloway Method Running (5 minutes running/1 minute walking X 6 times) 5.0 MPH running 3.35 miles
Didn't eat the best this weekend, but hoping to do better this week :)

Still to go: 15.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
