My estimate was right on the dot. I thought I gained 4-7 pounds since my last real weigh in when I lived in my house. I actually gained 4 pounds during the last few weeks when I was living at different places without a weight scale or a kitchen.
Not bad. I can deal with 4 pounds. I lost much more than that this year any way. :)
All my belongings are now in my apartment. I still can't really use my kitchen since I need to buy a stove and a fridge. For now, I'm using a mini fridge, so I at least have something at home. This week, I disinfected my kitchen so I can start using it soon. (The kitchen blinds were awful!) I'm planning to put cabinet liners in the kitchen and unpack my utensils in the next few days. I have faith that I'll have a usable kitchen and can get back to cooking fairly soon.
For now, I'm taking things slowly at home. I bought a weight scale so that I can get back to tracking, but I can't focus too much on my home right now. I have my first grad school paper due this Saturday afternoon!!! Maybe I'll have a somewhat usable kitchen by Sunday night. Eating out is so overrated. I miss cooking!!
