I try to understand the numbers so I can figure out how to get my stuff together. Yup, Up & down is the life of maintenance. Have a good evening :-)

How do you figure the numbers? If you have time sometime. I used to play soccer, I miss it.

I miss playing as well Breezy but at my age I can no longer perform at the level that brings me joy 🥲 As far as numbers, the cals, macros% & protein levels are from FS weekly reports Mon-Sun. The weight, BMI & body fat % (BFP) are from Apple Health App via my ABYON body comp scale app. Hope that helps!

I'm late 50's so I get it! Still did pick-up games not too long ago. Great times. Alright I have the tools already here. And already recording FS weekly reports. I will figure it out, there is a Lobster Ravioli dinner with a gorgeous wine already purchased in April waiting for me to succeed. Yes, this helps and thank you :-)

SK, I just realized what you mean by 'FS weekly reports'. Stumbled/bumbled upon them. Had no idea there were spreadsheets detailing everything daily/weekly/monthly!!! I looked for a tutorial when first started and thought no tutorial, fluff site but with food diary that makes it worth it (and of course some very good people). Wow, this is a game changer. My engineers brain can really work with this! Thanks again :-)

Glad you found it Breezy👍 Beware of engineering brains as they tend to over-analyze🤣 I shoukd know. 🥲

Ha, yes you got that right! At least now I have detailed easy to read info to hand to the Doc. You are so right, must not fall into over-analyzing. Stress is bad for me. Must be breezy :-) Have a good one. :-)

BTW Breezy, what engineering field are you in?

Ah, Life took me in a different direction, (I managed to make accounting fun)(no joke :-). Which field caught your attention?

Sk, Do you, by any chance, need security clearance in your field?
24 Jun 22 by member: LivinBreezy
|
Electronics, semiconductors .. But I’ve purged those memories in retirement. Except of course the nightmare about work I had last night 😆

And if I divulged a need for security clearance to you that might not end well for either or both of us. 😉🧐
