Good morning, Fatsecreters! I will not be exercising this week :( :( I will do some weight training at home tonight, but I will be going to Tampa every nite (Tues-Fri) which is a 3 hour drive...so no Planet Fitness :(...but its all good...I pledge to make good food choices this week and will get back to the gym Saturday morning, lord willing

Here's my exercise for Sunday morning:
GALLOWAY METHOD
35 minutes total
5 minute warmup at 3.0 MPH
5 minutes running at 5.0 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.5 MPH X 5 times

3.03 miles
346 calories burned


I was supposed to do a total of 49 minutes, but I just couldn't...I didn't eat before going to the gym and should have eaten pasta Saturday night...oh, well
140.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
