No weight loss, and no weigh gain today. I am sure, however, that this is also due to me having a very (healthy and) heavy dinner yesterday. Wife made a superb vegetarian minestrone, and I had way too much of it! But it is super low calorie, all veggies and all good for you, so why not? See, THIS is what I like about losing weight the natural way, and not opting for surgery like my doctor suggested originally. Had I accepted the offer, I could NOT have been able to stuff my face silly with good food like this - and that is something I would like to be able to do now and then. The trick is just to make the right choices regarding WHAT I am eating. Speaking of doctors, I went to see him last week, and he was AMAZED with my weight loss. I could tell in his eyes, he was impressed. We ended up cutting down significantly on my heart medicine, and I will be back in two weeks to check if I could stop it completely! That is so cool. Not only do I look better and feel better, but I am now also healthier according to my doctor. Happy Sunday! Life is good!
