well done. how often do you weigh yourself? i'm weighing daily and not sure if this is best or not

@mist1234 I want to say nearly every morning but sometimes I forget. I log it in my fitness tracker and that gives me a weekly average. I’d say just do whatever feels good for you once a day once a week ? There’s no right or wrong

I have been eating 800 calories a day and hope to see 8 weeks out. so far for 9 days My weight has been reduced by 4.9 KG's. I had been eating so well on low carb loved the cheese cakes mug cakes waffles, lots of meat. wrong choices for weight loss. The 800 calories I found hard for 2 to 3 days then it got way easier. I learnt to swap out high valued food calorie wise, for more food with lower calories.

@nedra you are doing great. Those are the same swaps I had to make too. Right now pak choy / bok choy is in season im adding it to everything I make it’s a great filling vegetable 😊 I’m glad it’s going so well for you now you are making some adjustments.
