Met myself coming and going today with airport runs. Lunch was a quick protein bar but ate a huge dinner. I always prefer to eat at regular intervals so I don’t get that hungry. Also missed my normal swim or hike. Short two mile walk but that was it. . A more normal day tomorrow I hope.
