Back from Lisbon!
Only gained .8lbs. I used moderation on my trip and feel good about the choices I made. While the water there is very clean, I don't think it agreed with me. I've been having some tummy troubles. So while the number on the scale looks good, I feel like a 500lbs.
I'm still dealing with anxiety symptoms, which are made worse by the bloating. Today, I made some less than ideal food choices: 1/2 piece of pizza, 1/2 chocolate crossaint, single serving of chicken ramen, and 1 serving bbq chips. Calories wise I'm waaaay under my suggested RDI, but I hardly had anything nurtritious... (other than the foods listed, today I had an apple, 1/2 grapefruit, and a protein bar).
I know my body misses my daily smoothies! Tomorrow it is back to my usual, and I am really looking forward to it.
