No loss! well that was a disappointment! I am trying to lose the 3 lbs I gained over the 4th of July. I guess I'll have to try a little harder. I bought a watermelon yesterday, but we haven't cut it yet. I better go easy, I don't like the way my chart line is going. I am really going to try hard the next few days and get those pounds off.
