I was spiraling so bad! Eating nothing but crap! I have a hold on it I think. Ruined my all time low....dammit! I just need to get my discipline back. Doing very well so far today, need to start recording my food again too. It just goes to show, I can't be left to my own devices. Its been a horrible month, but I owe it to myself to bring it back and get firmly on the horse again!
No more chocolate. No more drinking. No more sweets, crisps, bad food.
I AM BETTER THAN THIS!

The whole thing is you know you went wrong... I find when i have a big loss i do the same thing... it is like well look how good im doing?? I can eat that chocolate bar.... NOT GOOD! I have decided to reward myself with shoes and clothes we are doing this to get a new body so reward your hard work!!! ANd when the budget doesnt allow that i get something small like a new nail polish ets.

Andrea I have the same system, Boots and clothes are my rewards, the chocolate bar was a moment of weakness, and it was a jumbo size bar. I'll never understand myself. Why I would ruin such great progress. I seem to have a hold on it now...I can only move forward. Thank you all for the supportive comments :)

It's ok. I TOO have been there throughout this journey. Don't allow me to mention the cheese meltdowns I have . It is ok. You said it right that you are better than this but even the best mess up. So get back up and at it! Today waits for no one!

Know the feeling, hang tight and remember today is a new day. Try writing down why you think you need that food at that particular time and see if that helps, it does make you think twice before eating it
