Finally got back into the 132s..barely but I'm there! I am going to be trying a new twist on my food intake in the upcoming weeks. I've been talking to my nutritionist about it ...I'll keep you guys posted! Have a great day everyone!

I completely understand Diana. I think our bodies are wired to not loose weight after a certain point, as a survival tactic. 🤷🏻♀️ 💖

You've done good, but I can understand you wanting to go further. Me too. The older we get the harder it is. And many times (me in particular) as we age we get more sedentary which compounds the problem. But congratulations anyway.

Oh boy Diana I feel ya. My goal is 130 but that may be lofty as I was at that weight when I was working 3 jobs...now I have an office job. I gain weight so fast its scary. Like in a 4 day period if I eat some candy and pringles for snacks I gain like 4 lbs. You're at my goal weight so keep posting so I can get some good tips!

JC, sounds like we have some same issues. I didn't weigh today as I don't like to weigh daily ( I do sometimes if I'm continuing to gain..) but I'm pretty sure I'm up...cookies were on the menu yesterday... Oh well today is a new day and I'm doing good so far.
I'll keep posting and my only advice is when I get hungry at night I try to have a few raw veggies that I prep weekly. Didn't work in my favor last night though...🍪🍪🍪
