I'm back!!! This week I got to 145, where I was in 2012 before I got off the bandwagon. I had been losing weight for two years up until then. Then, when I broke up with my fiancee (for very good reasons) I started eating tons of ice cream to quiet the pain. Of course, my weight loss was put on hold and I slowly gained a total of twenty pounds. But now they are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was my mini goal: to get back where I was and get back to my ultimate goal of losing a total of 100 pounds. Success!!!!
My prize? I get to buy clothes!!!!!!!! Hello new pairs of pants!!!!! :DD
Fitting into my new size - whatever it may be - will serve as motivation to get rid of the last 20 pounds and meet my ultimate goal. Yay!!!!!!!!
