I've never changed it either, what does it affect? Does it make a difference to change it? I changed the last few days but don't notice anything. I'm not always terribly observant though =p

It doesn't affect anything. I suppose if it's going to default to something 'this is some of what I ate' makes sense since so many don't record their cheat treats. I wish you could set it one way or the other. @ByeBye... you ruin tea by putting milk in it anyway. ;)

Once upon a time I changed it every night. Why? Who knows? I know it's what I ate. Coffee. Did someone mention coffee. Yeppers. Could a cup. It's a tad chilly out today but wonderful for cutting the grass.

have you even tried it before without thinking about how weird it is? :P I agree that it doesn't work with most tea but british tea with milk tastes amazing, it also makes it less watery :)
