And here we are again today except it's for real. No meaningful exercise yesterday, crawled from the chair to the couch to bed, but feeling much more like myself today, so done with that! Last night's "dinner" was apple strudel and a few thin slices of pork tenderloin. Definitely not the norm around here. I figured with everything processing super quickly, empty calories were just as good as meaningful ones.
Happy Friday, keeping it short. Totally fogged in here. I love it. It's quiet and spooky and damp. Going to go make another cup of coffee so that I can meet the enemy on his own shores. metaphorically speaking, of course. Rawr!!!!
