Completed 9 days, 10 nights on this fast with nothing but calorie-free liquids. I need to keep the days somewhat quiet, but as long as I pace myself I'm still productive. I sorted out my closet yesterday, transitioning from fall to winter and donating a lot of too-big clothes. I'm fitting into some nice clothes that have been too small. It's very satisfying to fit into those jeans sleekly that I couldn't squeeze into a few months ago. The fast has also brought down my Blood Pressure and resting pulse, which were both a bit high, and I've been able to stop my BP med. It's also nice to tidy up the bedroom, which was getting cluttered.
