Back on track yesterday and today. My weight didn't change much but I am losing mass. Loving the curves that I remember. lol. I definitely see a difference around my waist and in my face. I wish I had enough motivation to exercise but I'm always in pain whether its my sinuses, neck, shoulders, back. Usually all of those combined. Then there are the migraines. Ugh! Maybe if I exercise those will all go away. Still, just so hard to find the motivation to start. Maybe I will try to go for a walk with my daughter today. :)
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
