well there's my 6 week goal in 2 days. I don't want to go any lower than this, so I guess I'll lower cardio since I already have a full week of meals prepped at 3500 calories. next week I'll raise up to 3700 unless I keep dropping this week then I guess I'll have to throw some almond butter in
