Only 0.3 down. Feeling disappointed. ..worked so hard ans stuck to my eating plan...no cheats. Will I ever loose this weight. Nevertheless I eont let this get me down.
173.1 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
