Breakfast: My husband ordered “Doughnuts” for his office on Friday morning. Additionally, I ordered a croissant sandwich. I usually don’t eat bread/pastries for breakfast that’s because carbs makes me feel tired. In this picture, as if I ate a half of it, but I ate whole of the sandwich. 😝 That was so good. Carbs, you are the 👿!

Dinner: Butternut squash salad and shank.
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
