Hey Diablo, I never know if a drop is bad to you or good. Same for a gain. I know you said you’ve been cutting for “years”😁, so does that mean any drop is good for you? I want to celebrate the thing you’re striving for - I think it’s loss but maybe you’re bulking. Whatever the case, you’re in tremendous shape we all would want, gaining or losing.

Intentionally losing at the moment. Thanks, Breco! My bulk went too far. Got to 217 and have been losing since. Going to about 185 and maybe maintaining there for a while. We'll see. Lol
