Cold, cold,cold! I want a better Spring. We had to turn the furnace back on after the 70 degree days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Enough complaining! I feel good and I am in fairly good health. I dropped a pound today and that made me happy. I love to see my chart line dropping. I have a big day today, friends are in town and we are going to spend time with them. I will stick to my plan and try not to over do it.
