My first goal since I joined On here like in December? I finally have made it. So that’s no longer overweight, normal BMI, and do 12000 steps a day. Dress size gone from a 2xl feeling snug to a size 12. I feel pretty amazing, no more knee pain, sleep better, loads more energy, periods no longer painful and heavy. On to my next goal and I hope of you are reading this you find the same success and get your life back 🙏🏻❤️
