Wow! Thank you everyone. My husband made this for our lunch last Sunday.
1) Make like a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, then put avocado oil or olive oil.
2) Place the salmon(skin side down) on the foil.
3) Sprinkle your favorite seasoning on it, then put oil again.
4) Raise the grill (fire started before seasoning) with a tong and put some Hickory chips to smoke.
5) Place the salmon inside of BBQ grill (He recommends KAMADO Joe Lump Charcoal)
6) Cook and smoke as you feel how long.
7) Enjoy with ‘umami’ invited by Hickory smoke!
You see this salmon is brown that is caused by “smoke”, not Teriyaki sauce or caramelized.
