142 pounds, that appears to be my real weight.
I can get lower, and then I spring back like a rubber band once I eat and exercise normally.
So, I have a choice to live here and accept it, or try to push below 13% body fat and change something else 🤔.

Maybe stay at that weight for a month or two without fighting it, then decide what you think is best.

Good job! Wear this weight for a while and see how it feels. I appear to have hit a similar plateau so I understand.

Be you!! Stay at your home base. Your so fit now there’s no need to go lower. Plus, I like rubber bands and wear them all the time. I am a weirdo I guess, but I constantly need them. Those who need a rubber band and have teased me, NO RUBBER BAND FOR YOU!!😆
Have a great rest of the night Siegels!💪

Seems like a fine number. According to the Fred Roger's biography, he weighed himself every morning at the pool and was a consistent 143 for all of his adult life. That's maintenance. And he was nice.

I know that feeling. I want to be 60 kg but my body wants to be 62kg. I can live with 62kg. At least I always have something to aim for 👍

13% bf is a good place to be. that's pretty low already. from what I've read once in single digits you start feeling like crap

As per what I have read on YouTube, you have just reached, established... a "set point"... Stay there for a while, then get back at it if you want to lose more. That said, WHERE YOU ARE NOW seems to be great! Good job! :)
