Well, I did a MOVE challenge for a week with other Atkins folks and yada, yada, yada I am down 4.5 pounds! I must say, that the Atkins plan really agrees with me. As long as I stayed faithful to the plan, I lost weight, and I feel so good. I squeezed in to a pair of jeans that wouldn't button last week. Of course they went way up my crack, and I wouldn't be caught dead in them, but I got them on and they zupped up without catching my skin in the zipper. Is that a NSV?
