Another good week, it was all about the walking again. Minimum 1.5 miles a day actively walking for exercise, sometimes up to 3 miles a day as I get ready for the 5K on April 12. My Fitbit registers all walking, and that is going well too - though I still think it's too sensitive. I'm going to get a cheap pedometer this week and compare the two. I'm also down to only 27 Points a day, which is difficult. I'm earning Points from the ActiveLink, so that will help, but I can't eat too many of them. Hope things are going well for all of you too !! Keep the faith !!!

Thank you !!!! I was talking to my WW leader about not getting active earlier and I realized I had to be ready to do it, physically and mentally. At my heaviest I could not have gotten around that 1/4 mile track once without being completely winded and probably sick. I was minimally active since I don't have a complete desk job, and there were some occasional days where I did more than other days, so I was getting some exercise. (I even had that ActiveLink telling me I needed to do more !!!) But it was not the beneficial and purposeful exercise one gets from finding some kind of activity and sticking to a regime that givs me the benefits I have now. And it has become a pleasure, "ME" time I so need !!!!
