This has been my best week ever because I am down 3 pounds and I know I am now ONLY 4 pounds away from the 150's. I stared at 185 pounds and I haven't seen the 150's in over 10 years and I am so amazed how close I am. I have to say that I finally have got over the hurdle of feeling like I am starving. My body now knows this is my food intake for the day and it is finally happy with it. I think also once your body shrinks in size it doesn't feel it needs so many calories. I can't wait to see what next week brings. I am so glad I found FATSECRET because it has made a HUGE difference to help me lose the weight!!!
