Definitely stress eating...Mom is doing ok. One good day, one not so good...no long lasting effects from stroke so far though. Home now, lots of appts this week and then back to Calif on Thursday to spend weekend with mom.

Prayers 🙏🙏 for your mom, my mom had a stroke and she lost mobility of her right side. I know what it is like when they depend on you for your support and love. 💕

Thank u everyone! My schedule is crazy busy this week. I'm trying to get so much done so I can head back to Calif.to see my mom. She is still weak. Sorry I can't respond individually. I have my own cardiologist appt today...hope it' is good news. I've been so busy, I haven't been able to do much of my normal workouts. Gonna take Letty's lifting class today through zoom and hopefully I'll make it to gym at least a couple times..💜💜💜💜💜💜
