Woke at 221, I was doing heavy lifting , moving and running around, it seems for now, have diet fine tuned, and dialed in, seems that is the only way for me to loose weight, is the diet, just need to be consistent with the eating took about 1 year to really fine tune what works best for me constantly changing,today I will be unloadinga moving truck !! and I'm DO N OK
