I'm finding that since right now I am concentrating on firming up my abs I keep forgetting my arm exercises. Maybe I need to make myself a checklist.

Arms exercises definitely help adding a calorie burning effect while allowing you to rest the other body muscles. Same goes for all the other muscles (back, shoulders, etc) :)
