earing less even if yesterday was a bad day... are a chocolate muffin... banana bread and twisters.... that my cheat day for month in one it haha! no missing eating pasta or potatoes. which it good. the wtf low card bread is a good substitute. happy how it's going so far looking forward to get under the 90s cap !
