Not much of a decrease from my last weigh in. However I didn't gain so that's a win. Also the past two weeks as I've said haven't been great apart from the last couple of days so realistically that's all I can hope for :) Got riding today and I'm unsurprisingly quite sore from yesterday so this might be interesting...
