day 3 of logging. i can see that i consule way less food ow that i m logging and keeping track. just need to ad the excice. i just walk the dogs 30 min a day. i need to find a good way to actually do excerxies. i tried a few gyms and yoga centers but always too far (25 min drive) and the classes are not at good times
